The monthly residential minimum rate is $48 per service connection.
The following rates are for a two month billing period.
$96 for each service connection
Usage:
First 12,000 gallons included in the minimum charge for each residential connection.
The next 38,000 gallons are billed at $1.50 per 1000 gallons
The next 50,000 gallons are billed at $2.00 per 1000 gallons
Over 100,000 gallons, billed at $3.50 per 1000 gallons

The meters are read at the end of April, June, August and October, weather permitting.  At the end of December and February, everyone is billed the minimum charge of $96. Overages during the winter months will be added to the April reading.

A service charge of $10.00 or an interest charge of 1 1/2 %, whichever is greater, will be added to a customer's statement if payment is received more than one week after the due date.
Also, a NSFs or returned check fee of $20.00 per incident will be charged
